Fasting

I have not posted to the blog for a while, because I have been very busy preparing for an East coast trip at the end of the Month of September. I am going to NYC, Philadelphia to attend the Annual Meeting of the American Dietetic Association, and to Washington, DC. I will not be fasting from the blog, or in real life, as in this region are some of the great restaurants in the Country. You are invited to the table. End your fast with me!
